Moomba Holiday and Caravan Park is located at Port Sorell, approximately 20 kilometres east of Devonport. It has several powered and ensuite sites and eight cabins that can sleep up to eight people. Day trip to Leven Canyon, Gunns Plains, Dismal Swamp, The Nut at historic Stanley, Cradle Mountain, visit platypus and seahorses in the Tamar Valley, Cataract Gorge in Launceston, caves at Mole Creek and Liffey Falls are all are within two hours drive. Sheffield’s murals are 40 minutes away and Latrobe’s Cherry Shed and Anvers Chocolates are only 20 minutes from the park. Situated a short distance from the Spirit of Tasmania it is also ideal place to stay either before or after travelling on the Spirit.
