Cote d' Azur boasts 54 spacious living apartments in the heart of Nelson Bay CBD, a short walk from the mariner. All units are self contained and beautifully appointed with designer kitchens. The upper floors render magnificent views of the harbour and surrounds, ground floor apartments offer peace of mind for parents with child friendly courtyards and easy access to the pool and other facilities. All units face North or East. We are also able to assist you if you want to experience everything Nelson Bay has to offer, just ask our friendly reception staff who will be only too happy to assist you. The complex boasts a beautiful heated swimming pool, a gym and sauna. All units have underground secure parking and lift access. We are located right in the heart of the Nelson Bay CBD and most units offer views of the harbour. The D'Albora Marina is within a 5 minute walk. The rest of the CBD is within that range with many options for food and dining, boutiques, bars, cafes and supermarket.
