Ian and Helen Cathles are active agriculturalists, they firmly believe in the value of an agricultural industry for Australia and bridging the myths between the romance of rural and urban living. Our vision came about from the urgency to save the Cooradigbee Homestead from aged decay. While working on this, the real qualities that the building offered shone through. At Cooradigbee there is an essence that concentrates and restores balance within those who take the time to absorb the surroundings. Homestead stands in a beautiful parkland garden overlooking the backwaters of Burrinjuck Dam on the Goodradigbee River. The homestead has been renovated to provide extensive verandahs, ideal for socialising and alfresco dining.

The cave environment is a remarkable space with many aspects that are often overlooked on traditional cave tours so we have evolved a form of tour where we can experiment and interact with the underground environment - as the floors of the chambers are mostly flat, we have the opportunity to explore different options. Our prime concern is to deliver a tour which is informative but also enjoyable. Our approach is as relaxed as possible. We do not rush your group through, but hope that the students will take the time to understand and appreciate some of the many fascinating aspects of the underground environment.

The CSC offers visitors the chance to learn about the role that Australia plays in the exploration of space. You can take in magnificent views of the largest antenna complex in the southern hemisphere, see a piece of the Moon that's over 3.8 billion years old, check out the latest images from across the Solar System and beyond, check out spacecraft models, plus flown space hardware and memorabilia. Discover the foods that astronauts eat on the space shuttle and space station, watch a movie on the history and future of space exploration, take a hands-on trip around the Solar System or across the galaxy, or just sit back and relax in the Moon Rock Café.. NASA's Deep Space Network is an international network of antennas that supports interplanetary spacecraft missions and radio and radar astronomy observations for the exploration of the Solar System and the universe. The Network also supports some selected Earth-orbiting science missions. The Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex (CDSCC) features a number of 'big dish' antennas that are required daily to receive data from; and transmit commands to; a wide variety of spacecraft.
