After visiting our son on the Gold Coast and having the opportunity to experience Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Boarding we came home with a vision that this sport would suit the beautiful Coffs Harbour waterways. We chose Coffs Harbour Jetty (south of the pier) as it is the safest beach for you to enjoy the newest water activity that can suit any age or level of experience. With our equipment at the water edge it gives our hirer easy access – no more lugging equipment with you. SUP is another great way to get out on the water and enjoy summer. As we started our business in March 2012, at the end of the summer we were not expecting the great success the business has shown. Had lots of contacts and enquiries from both local and tourism. We have been open for business on the beach at the Jetty every Saturday Sunday all public and school holidays. Mid week is by bookings. Created by Doug & Brenda Sarah Cockington Green Gardens is a family owned and operated attraction, with four generations involved in it’s operation over the past 30 years. Opened to the public in 1979, Cockington Green is one of Canberra’s landmark attractions, being a winner of an Australian Tourism Award and many local tourism industry awards in this time. The park is constantly growing with the popular addition of the International display area, which compliments the original English Village and its beautifully established gardens. Whilst in the park, visit the Rose Room indoor exhibition, featuring ‘Waverley’ a 34 room Dolls House, enjoy a coffee in the Parsons Nose Garden Café, or bring a picnic lunch, while littlies can be entertained in our play ground’ or a favorite for all being the Miniature Steam Train ride, which encircles the International Display.
